Besides content, the olinne play does not have the match making system that live uses on the xbox. You are more or less flying blind into matches and could find that you are way outclassed or way over qualified for a match. It is also less welcoming and a little awkward to talk to people and make contacts in my experience. It really does not stand up against live well. Home is an interesting concept, but I wouldn't bet on it changing these core problems much.
